What is Office Baden?
Not a travel agency. A real place where work, design and experiments happen, and where the door is open to people from Baden and visitors from elsewhere.
Here I build software and support teams. For companies and individuals from the region.
Drawings, prints and small objects. Whatever is finished goes into the shop window.

Product, team or project stuck? We take a look together and bring some order: agile without the theatre, with product ownership, Scrum, backlog, priorities, roles and decisions. If you like, also temporarily as Product Owner (PO), Scrum Master or Agile Coach in your team in Baden and the region. Maybe we need software for that. Maybe not.

Not everything happens at a laptop or a flipchart. Sometimes walking, talking, breathing helps, or simply not having to do anything for a while. Office Baden doesn’t end at the office door.

We agree on duration, group and date together: on your own or with others, open date or individual. No therapy and no competitive sport, just a good time outdoors or indoors.

Just dropping by always works: Walk-in Coffee on Tuesday and Thursday 11–14h, otherwise by arrangement. The coffee is on me.
The Coffee Session is for an idea, a problem, a decision or anything where a second perspective helps. We sit down together, sort out the topic and find the next steps.
Four focused hours. One concrete step forward.
You bring an idea, a problem or a project. Together we clarify what’s realistic in four hours, then I work on it with full focus. Not every project is finished afterwards, but it is one concrete step further.
Process: Meet – kick-off, 30 minutes. Understand and Create – 4 hours of work with a short stand-up. Deliver – one concrete increment.

In the Sparring Session we look at your topic in a structured way: where it’s stuck, what really matters and what should happen next.

The window changes all the time. Inside are prints and drawings, but also design pieces, tech, books and things from Baden looking for a new home. Just ask in the chat whether something is still there.

Meet Steven
I develop software, design things and like Baden. Tuesday and Thursday over lunch is Walk-in Coffee, the rest of the week I’m often here spontaneously or by arrangement. Just knock, or message me beforehand and the coffee will be ready.
